NO MORE DANCE CLASSES ON SATURDAY?

KILL ME PLEASE.

Went for dance class, as usual, today - late. Saw Uncle Pat walking towards the escalator. I was quite confused because, isn't he supposed to be teaching us? Noticed that the studio was empty as well. Was quite panicky, until Uncle Pat was like "MELODY!" across the place which sort of shocked me 'cause I didn't know he knew my name -.- And he said something about someone waiting for me inside and proceeded to go down the escalator.

So I went in, and saw Gilaine sitting there, with no one else from the class, and she told me that there is no class because apparently, there aren't enough people who signed up 'cause it's a new term and the other girls didn't want to continue the class (I shall rant about this later). Even Uncle Pat wasn't informed of this no class thing, and according to Gilaine, he was fuming. If you know Uncle Pat, you know that he's definitely faaarrr from nice when he's fuming.

I was quite angry myself. What? Not enough people sign up then the people that want to continue the lesson how? Cannot do is it? The receptionist told us to leave our names and contact number, and she'll call us once there is enough people.

Minimum wait? FOUR WEEKS.
Maximum wait? EIGHT WEEKS.

WHAT THE HELL. So I'm expected to carry on without Saturday Hip Hop classes for at least four bloody weeks? Not possible - despite having other classes.

The receptionist actually said that I could go for the higher level class, since Patrick said I could. You need a teacher's recommendation before you can move to a higher level class. But that's on either a Sunday, which I cannot attend, or a Tuesday. And Patrick only teaches the one on Sunday. Tuesday one is taught by a female teacher. Was told I could attend those long long time ago. But I didn't want to.

Reasons?

1) OLD PEOPLE.
The people there are all really old - like 17-20 kind. And hello? I'm thirteen. If I join, I think I'll be the youngest and the odd one out, which I seriously hate, and then everyone will want to stare and stare, and if you don't do well, they all know. Call me paranoid, whatever.

2) THEY SHOULD ALL BE REALLY GOOD.
Because they should've already "graduated" from the lower level class, that I'm in. And I've only been in there for five months! So they are definitely better than me. No doubt.

3) THE TEACHER DOESN'T KNOW ME.
I'm talking about the Tuesday class. I don't mind Sunday class, 'cause Patrick is there and he knows me so I'd like to think he probably won't take it too hard on me 'cause he knows I just joined. BUT ITS A WHOLE NEW TEACHER. And I hate joining new classes. First impressions and all. -.-

Get my point? But. Because I love dance so much, and I'm definitely not ready to give up hip hop for four weeks, I decided to, ahem, be brave, and join the Tuesday class. I hope the teacher is nice, which she probably is. She grew up under Patrick, and she was in this girl hip hop team called "Plantinum", founded by Patrick which apparently went overseas and competed. So she should be quite good ... I hope.

BUT I STILL WANT TO BE UNDER PATRICK! So I'll transfer over once the class starts again. SO PEOPLE, BE NICE OKAY. GO SIGN UP! GUYS AND GIRLS ALSO CAN. EASE MY MISERY BY SIGNING UP, SO THERE WILL BE ENOUGH PEOPLE QUICKLY TO START. ITS AT JITTERBUGS AT MILENNIA WALK. $180 ONLY! NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I officially claim myself desperate.

YES. THOSE GIRLS THAT DIDN'T WANT TO CONTINUE PATRICK'S CLASS. I FEEL LIKE KILLING THEM. THEY ARE THE REASON FOR THIS OKAY! And I have a good idea why they quit - BECAUSE THEY HATED PATRICK.

And why did they hate Patrick?

'CAUSE HE SCOLDS THEM.

And it's not as if he scolded them very badly or something okay. HE WAS LIKE QUITE NICE TO THEM. NICER TO THEM INITIALLY THAN HE WAS TO ME. And they couldn't take a bit of criticism and decided to quit.

LOSERS.

I totally have no respect for people who give up on what they want to do just because of factors like the teacher, as in this case, without considering that the teacher (Patrick) wasn't even a problem from the start. Weaklings. -.-

Gah. I'm so pissed. Now I'll have to find another class to take over Saturday temporarily. I don't want to have a dance-free Saturday. Hope more people sign up, so the class can resume faster.

GO SIGN UP. AND I SHALL WAG MY TAIL AND LICK YOUR FACE.
