Wednesday, 31st December, 2008:

God is Jehovah Jireh. He is strength.

And I will run to you.
Not by might,
Not by power,
But by the spirit of God.

Youthnet countdown party was awesome. Had a great time worshipping the Lord before the year came to an end.

Deborah came over early in the morning, and we played Sims all the way 'till approximately 5 when we left to meet Esse at Toa Payoh bus interchange. Took a straight bus all the way down to Marine Parade and met the rest of the cell there to have dinner.

Dinner involved singing Pochahontas, Kfc, and noise. Yvonne joined us for dinner, too, and she was dressed up in her secondary school uni (since the party theme was occupations) and she camouflaged amazingly with us as Secondary Ones, so much that my mother was surprised when I showed her Yvonne's picture and told her she was 21 :D

Went to borders afterward, and Lianne's dumb "put a banana in your ear, in your ear!" song totally infected me.

Identical!

We're all in school uniforms, except Deborah, who absent mindedly forgot to bring hers over to my place.

Lianne and Melody says: "PUT A BANANA IS YOUR EAR!"
No, I don't know me, either.

This is such an awesome picture. But stupid me just had to close my eyes.
Pssssst. Spot Yvonne.

YVONNE (and Lianne). She doesn't look like 21, right right?!?!

Halfway through the phototaking, I randomly informed my cell members that I really had no idea how to take pictures of myself with the camera (fine, I know how to do so using my handphone, but somehow I constantly cannot take a proper picture of myself and whoever taking with me with the camera. We'll probably lose half of our heads or our eyes will be cut off) so they started one by one teaching me (since I assume they are all pros at it).

My 39893427520987th attempt:

And I end up laughing-,- Wonderful.

Uh. Not so bad lah, huh.

Walked to TC afterward :D

Octopus fail shot.
And aw. I missed the Octopus. (TC is where our church used to be last time)

Worship, as I've already mentioned, was awesome. And during the countdown, it was all confetti, jumping, screaming, (scary) balloons, pictures, and echos of well wishes.

Sarah looks so demure and sweet!

Deborah came back with me to sleep over at my place :D It was fun. We slept at 5? Played random stupid games on the computer like iSketch and Sims.

Blurry shot. I was trying out my newly-learnt phototaking skills.

Thursday, 1st January, 2008:

Deborah left, around late morning, about an hour after I woke up. Dad called me up to tell me we were going to Regine's house for Raden's birthday party, and I was totally reluctant, because that meant Deborah had to leave earlier and it also meant I couldn't sleep longer. I was kinda pissed actually, and didn't really want to go.

But of course, I went anyway.

Regine's cousins were there, and I was forced (literally) to join them in their games and whatnot and it was freaky, because I am an outsider whilst they are all family. And it sucks because obviously, Regine couldn't care less about me and just wanted to play with her cousins. Not that I blame her. But I got along quite alright, I suppose. Although I wish never for this to happen ever again. Awkward.

I was happy when we left.

I was so tired (considering I slept at 5) that once I reached home, I immediately went to sleep, and was woken up 2 hours later when Elizabeth came to wake me up, because my aunt was here. Apparently they are having some barbeque at my place.

Yadah, yadah. Nothing much.

OH, but I'm watching Bolt tomorrow after school though. Happy (:

Tired eye bags.

Some girl told Richard (Elizabeth's brother) she'd turn lesbian for my cousin. I'm not surprised, actually :D

Look at the skin tones! I'm the darker one, obviously. And I'm not exactly tan either, so you can probably tell how fair my cousin is.

Liz says it's geek at work.

Okay, okay. I finally finished posting! And I know my posts lately are deviating from standard, but I don't have time. Plus, the though of uploading pictures on Blogger turns me off. I hate you blogger. I really do.

School starts tomorrow! Kind of nervous, yet excited. Gg sleep, goodnight!
